Pecan Puffs
Pecan Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. soft margarine, 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 tsp. almond extract and 2 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix margarine, sugar and flavoring.
Sift dry ingredients and add.
Mix in nuts.
Chill 2 hours.
Roll into small balls. Lightly press down on ungreased cookie sheet (not too flat).
Bake at 350Β° until set (not brown), 7 to 9 minutes. Roll into sifted powdered sugar while still warm, then again after they have cooled.
Store in tight containers.
They freeze well.
