Pecan Puffs
Pecan Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. oleo, 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 2 1/4 c. sifted flour, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cream oleo and 1/2 c. powdered sugar.
Stir in vanilla.
Stir in flour and salt.
Add nuts and mix well.
Mold into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet.
May be placed close as cookies do not spread.
Bake at 375Β° for 12 minutes.
After cookies have cooled, roll in 1 cup of powdered sugar.
