In saucepan, combine corn syrup, sugar and butter; bring to boil.
Boil gently, uncovered, 5 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Cool slightly.
Prepare pie crust.

Combine eggs, vanilla and salt.
Pour cool syrup mix into eggs and beat well.
Pour over nuts.
