Pecan Pie Cake
Pecan Pie Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix, 1 egg, 1/2 c. melted butter, 1 1/2 c. butter and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
👨🍳 Instructions
Mix well cake mix, 1 egg and 1/2 cup melted butter.
Reserve 2/3 cup of mixture.
Spread remaining mixture into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 15 minutes at 325°.
Pour 1 1/2 cups butter, 3 eggs, chopped pecans, vanilla and dark brown sugar on top of crust and bake about 1 hour at 325°.
(You may want to check it after 45 minutes.)
