Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pet-ritz pie crusts, 3 eggs, beaten, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. karo syrup (white is best) and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix eggs, syrup, butter, sugar, salt and vanilla.
Spread nuts over bottom of crust.
Pour in pie filling.
