Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. karo syrup (i use karo pancake syrup), 1 c. pecan meats, chopped and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat eggs slightly.
Add sugar, syrup, nuts, salt, vanilla and chipped up butter or margarine.
Put into unbaked pie shell and bake about 50 minutes in oven at 325Β°.
