Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 unbaked pie crust, 2/3 c. light brown sugar, 1/3 c. melted butter, 3 eggs and 1 c. white syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix brown sugar and butter.
In separate bowl, beat eggs and add syrup.
Combine the two.
Stir in vanilla and pecans.
Pour into crust.
Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350° and bake for 30 minutes.
Do not overbake, it will set when cool.
