Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, slightly beaten, 1/4 c. melted margarine, 1 c. pecan pieces or halves, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 c. light corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix flour, sugar and salt thoroughly, add to slightly beaten eggs.
Add melted margarine.
Add syrup and nuts.
Mix well, pour into unbaked pie shell.
