Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 1 c. sugar, 12 saltine crackers or 1 pack ritz crackers, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
