👨‍🍳 Instructions

Beat eggs slightly.

Mix in next 5 ingredients with a large spoon.

Stir in pecan halves.

Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

Reduce heat to 350° and continue baking for 30 to 35 minutes.

(Filling should be slightly less set in center than around edges.)

Makes two 9-inch pies.
