Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened, 1 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 3/4 c. light corn syrup and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Heat oven to 375°.
Cream butter and sugar in mixing bowl. Beat in eggs, syrup and vanilla.
Stir in pecans.
Pour filling into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 375° for 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325° and bake for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool to room temperature before cutting.
Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
