👨‍🍳 Instructions

Beat eggs, sugar, salt, butter and syrup by hand.

Line bottom of prepared pie shell with pecans.

Slowly pour mixture over pecans.

Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then turn oven to 350° and bake for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.

(Flour pan before putting crust into pan.)
