Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 eggs, 2 1/4 c. sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 4 1/2 c. light karo and 3 tbsp. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In mixer, beat eggs, then each ingredient, one at a time, while mixing (except pecans).
Roll out pie crust for 3 pie pans. Put 1 cup pecans in bottom of each, then pour mixture into all three.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 10 to 20 minutes until done.
