Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, melted, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. white corn syrup, 1/2 c. dark corn syrup and 1/2 c. evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In mixer bowl, slightly beat eggs.
Add and blend well the sugar, syrups, evaporated milk, butter, salt and vanilla.
Add pecans and pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
Bake in 400° oven for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350° and bake an additional 30 to 40 minutes or until filling is puffed in center and is well browned.
Let pie cool before cutting.
