Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small can evaporated milk, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 stick butter, 1/2 stick margarine and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix flour and sugar.
Gradually add sugar mixture to butter.
Add milk, eggs, syrup and vanilla, blending as you go.
Prick unbaked pie crust in bottom with a fork.
Pour mixture into crust and sprinkle pecans on top of mixture.
Bake at 325Β° for approximately 50 to 60 minutes or until pie does not shake in the middle.
Best to use a deep-dish pie crust.
