Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. butter, 1 c. white corn syrup, 1 c. sugar, 4 whole eggs and 1 c. pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown butter in skillet to develop the rich flavor; remove from fire, add sugar and beat in the whole eggs one at a time.
Add syrup and nuts.
Add 1 tsp. vanilla if desired.
Pour into uncooked pastry.
Bake at 375Β° for 40-50 minutes, until custard sets and is browned.
Makes 1 large or 2 small pies.
