Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. corn syrup, 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine and 1 c. pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Turn on oven and set at 375Β°.
Beat eggs slightly in a 2-quart bowl.
Stir in sugar, corn syrup and melted butter or margarine. Stir in pecans.
Pour into unbaked shell.
Bake near center of oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until filling is slightly firm. Center of pie may look soft when pie is gently shaken, but will become firm when cool.
