Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 c. pecans and 1 c. karo dark syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Beat eggs slightly in a small bowl with mixer at medium speed. Beat in corn syrup, sugar, vanilla, margarine and salt.
Cover pastry with pecans.
Pour filling into pastry shell.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 55 to 65 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool.
