Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. karo dark corn syrup, 1 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. margarine, melted and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In medium bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat eggs slightly. Beat in next 5 ingredients.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350Β° for 55 to 65 minutes or until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean.
Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
