👨‍🍳 Instructions

Separate eggs; beat yolks until light and thick.

Mix sugar, cinnamon, cloves and add to eggs.

Add pecans, raisins and butter. Beat egg whites until stiff.

Fold gently into mixture; do not beat.

Add vinegar as you fold.

Pour into 8-inch unbaked pastry shell for 20 minutes at 400°.

Reduce to 350° and bake another 25 minutes.

Cool and serve with unsweetened whipped cream.
