Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. large pecans, 1/2 c. seedless raisins, 1/2 stick melted butter, 2 tbsp. vinegar and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Separate eggs; beat yolks until light and thick.
Mix sugar, cinnamon, cloves and add to eggs.
Add pecans, raisins and butter. Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold gently into mixture; do not beat.
Add vinegar as you fold.
Pour into 8-inch unbaked pastry shell for 20 minutes at 400°.
Reduce to 350° and bake another 25 minutes.
Cool and serve with unsweetened whipped cream.
