Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. granulated sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 3 eggs, slightly beaten, 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans and 1 c. dark karo syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix syrup, sugar and salt.
Add eggs; beat well.
Stir in melted butter and vanilla.
Add pecans.
A few whole pecans may be used for decoration.
Pour into a 9-inch pie crust and bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° for 50 minutes.
A knife inserted comes out clean when baked.
