Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, beaten, 1 c. karo syrup, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. vanilla and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Roll pastry 1/8-inch thick.
Line a 9-inch pie pan.
Mix remaining ingredients together, adding pecans last.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake in hot oven (400°) for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to moderate (350°) and bake 30 to 35 minutes longer or until a silver knife inserted in the center of filling comes out clear. Enjoy!!!
