Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. dark corn syrup, 2/3 c. packed brown sugar, 6 tbsp. margarine, melted and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In bowl, using mixer at medium speed, beat first 5 ingredients until well blended.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in a 350Β° oven for 50 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
Cool on rack. Makes 8 servings.
