Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 beaten eggs, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. dark corn syrup, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat eggs, sugar, corn syrup, salt, vanilla and butter with rotary beater.
Mix in pecans.
