Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. light karo syrup, 1/2 c. dark karo syrup, 3 eggs, slightly beaten, 1/8 tsp. salt and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix all ingredients for filling together, adding pecans last. Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
Bake in a 400° oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350° and bake 30 to 35 minutes longer. When pecan pie is done, outer edge of filling should be set and center slightly soft.
