Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch (heaping), pinch of salt, 3 eggs and 1 c. karo syrup (1/3 dark, 2/3 light), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt; add beaten eggs, Karo syrup, melted butter and vanilla.
Arrange pecans in unbaked pie shell.
Pour ingredients on top.
Pecans will rise to the top as it bakes.
Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
Decrease to 350° and bake approximately 3/4 hour or until solid but not dry.
