Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 c. light corn syrup, 1/3 c. butter or oleo, 4 eggs, beaten and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves and butter melts.
Let cool slightly.
Add eggs, vanilla and salt to the mixture.
Stir well.
Pour into pastry shell and top with pecans.
Bake at 325Β° for 50 minutes.
