Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 stick butter, pie crust, unbaked, 1 small bottle karo syrup and 6 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In large saucepan, mix sugar, Karo syrup and butter.
Heat until boiling; let boil 3 minutes.
Add pecans to syrup mixture, bringing to a boil again.
Remove from heat and mix in eggs.
Pour in unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 250Β° for 2 hours.
