Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 to 1 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour, pinch of salt, 3 eggs, well beaten and 1 c. light corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Add eggs, syrup, vanilla and margarine; beat with electric mixer until blended.
Either put pecans in mixture or place on bottom of pie shell.
Pour in mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
Yield: One 9-inch pie.
