Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. light corn syrup, pinch of salt and 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat eggs, add sugar, syrup, margarine, vanilla, nuts and pinch of salt.
Mix well and pour into unbaked regular (not deep-dish) pie shell.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes to an hour.
