Pecan Pie

Beat egg whites to which flavoring has been added.
Slowly add sugar.
Beat until stiff.
Combine cracker crumbs and pecans. Fold into stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into a lightly greased 9-inch pastry pan.
Bake in a preheated 300Β° oven for 45 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
