Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. flour, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1 c. dark corn syrup and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Mix the first 4 ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart bowl.
Mix well.
Beat in with a fork one at a time the eggs.
Mix remaining ingredients in.
Pour into a 9-inch pie pan lined with unbaked pastry.
Bake in center of oven until firm (or about 50 minutes).
Cool before serving.
