Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. white corn syrup, 3 eggs, beaten, 3 tbsp. fine cornmeal and 1 tbsp. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix sugar, corn syrup and eggs together, add cornmeal, butter, salt and vanilla.
Stir to blend, sprinkle pecans on unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 425 degrees for 10 min., then reduce heat to 325 and bake until light brown in color; about 30 min. and until partially set in center.
