Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1/2 c. dark brown sugar, 1 c. dark corn syrup, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Keep pie shell refrigerated until ready for use.
Beat eggs in a medium sized bowl.
Add brown sugar, corn syrup, salt and vanilla.
Blend well.
Stir in butter and broken pecans.
Pour into pie shell.
If you like, make a design when placing the pecan halves on top.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes in a preheated 375Β° oven.
Yields 8 servings.
