Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with pastry for 8-inch 1-crust pie (prepared frozen), 3 eggs, beaten, 3/4 c. molasses, 3/4 c. light corn syrup and 1/2 c. very strongly brewed coffee, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine eggs, molasses, syrup, coffee, melted butter, salt and vanilla.
Mix thoroughly.
Combine pecans and flour.
Add to egg mixture.
Stir to mix well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
Let cool to room temperature before cutting. Makes 6 to 8 portions.
