Pecan-Peanut Roll

Combine sugars, syrup, vinegar and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Cook to soft-ball state, 236Β° on a candy thermometer.
Temperature, until creamy.
Add the peanut butter and stir until blended.
Dust a board confectioners sugar and turn candy out on to it. Knead or two rolls.
Cover with chopped pecans.
Cool and slice when firm.
