Pecan Pancakes
Pecan Pancakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sifted flour (all-purpose), 6 tsp. baking powder, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. salt and 2 beaten eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Sift dry ingredients together.
Combine rest of ingredients and add to dry ingredients, stirring just until flour is moistened.
Do not overbeat.
Batter will be lumpy even without the nuts.
Bake on hot griddle.
To keep pancakes warm until all are baked, put them in the oven at the lowest temperature.
To serve, arrange on a platter in an overlapping pattern and garnish with twisted orange slices.
Makes about sixteen 4-inch pancakes.
