Pecan Nut Cups
Pecan Nut Cups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. flour, 1/2 c. butter, 1/2 c. chopped pecans and 3/4 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix together the cream cheese, flour and butter by hand until dough does not stick to sides of bowl.
Refrigerate until well chilled.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Take dough from refrigerator and shape into miniature muffin tins as shells.
Do not grease tins.
Put a spoonful of nut filling into each shell.
Bake in a preheated 350Β° oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cool in tins; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Makes 24 cookies.
