Pecan Meringues
Pecan Meringues is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, 3/4 c. brown sugar, dash of salt, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1/4 tsp. all spice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add vanilla, sugar, salt, and spices.
Beat until very stiff.
Add pecans and fold in gently until all halves are coated evenly.
Place each half on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 250 for about 20 minutes or until dry and can be slipped of pan.
Let cool in pan and remove.
Store in air tight container.
