Pecan Logs
Pecan Logs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box graham cracker crumbs, 2 c. chopped pecans, 1 can condensed milk, 1 small can coconut and 1/2 lb. marshmallows (almost whole bag), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt marshmallows and condensed milk in top of double boiler. Mix with other ingredients.
Roll in crushed nuts.
Makes 2 long pecan rolls or several small ones.
