Pecan Delight
Pecan Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup chopped pecans and 16 saltine crackers, crumbled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Beat egg whites until foamy; add cream of tartar.
Gradually add sugar while beating.
When stiff, fold in pecans, crackers and vanilla.
Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cool. Spread whipped topping on pie and keep refrigerated.
