Pecan Cups
Pecan Cups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. sharp grated cheese, 1 c. all-purpose flour, 1 stick margarine, 3/4 c. chopped pecans and 3/4 c. light brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine 1 stick margarine and cheese; melt. Combine with flour. Chill mixture for about 1 hour; shape into cups to fit miniature muffin
Tins that have been sprayed with Baker's Joy cooking spray. Beat brown sugar, 3 tablespoons margarine, vanilla and egg together; add nuts. Fill cups about 2/3 full. Bake at 350° to 375° for approximately 12 minutes. You might need to cook a little longer until lightly browned, depending on the temperature of your oven.
