Pecan Crunchies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. shortening, 1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 1 c. sugar and 2 eggs, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream butter, shortening and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, flour, soda and pecans; stir until well blended.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
