Pecan Crispies
Pecan Crispies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 egg white, 4 tbsp. self-rising flour, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 c. light brown sugar (not packed) and 2 c. whole pecan halves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Sift flour and sugar together.
Beat egg white with fork until it foams a little.
Add vanilla; beat a little.
Gradually add sugar and flour.
Add pecans, a few at a time.
Coat with mixture. Drop on well-greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 275Β° for 30 minutes. Let cool some before removing from cookie sheet.
