Pecan Crisp
Pecan Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or margarine, 2 unbeaten eggs, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 1/2 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Thoroughly cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs; beat well.
Sift dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture.
Add nuts.
Drop from teaspoon, about 2 inches apart, onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake in moderate oven (350Β°) for 12 to 15 minutes.
Makes 5 dozen.
