Pecan Crescents
Pecan Crescents is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. oleo, softened, 1/3 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 c. flour and 3/4 c. pecans, chopped small, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream oleo, sugar and vanilla; add flour then nuts, mix well. Roll and shape into crescents.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
Remove and cool slightly.
Put powdered sugar into a zip lock baggie.
When the cookies are cooled a little add a few at a time to the powdered sugar and shake gently.
Shake off any extra powdered sugar.
Set on paper towels to finish cooling.
This makes 4 dozen cookies.
