Pecan Cookies
Pecan Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. oleo, 1 c. oil, 1 c. granulated sugar, 1 c. powdered sugar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cream together oleo, oil and sugars.
Add eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, salt and cream of tartar.
Mix well and add nuts.
Chill 1 hour.
Pinch into 1-inch balls and press on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes 100 cookies.
Can be stored in airtight container in refrigerator until ready to use.
