Pecan Cookies
Pecan Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 c. chopped pecans, 1 1/2 c. shortening, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. brown sugar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream shortening, sugar, eggs and cream.
Add vanilla, salt, baking powder, flour and nuts.
Drop by walnut sized balls on cookie sheets.
Dip a glass bottom in sugar and press each ball flat.
Bake at 375Β° until lightly browned.
