Pecan Cookies
Pecan Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 c. margarine, 2 small cream cheese, 1 1/4 c. brown sugar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix flour, oleo and cream cheese; refrigerate 1 hour.
In another bowl, mix 1 3/4 cups sugar, eggs, vanilla, salt and butter.
Press into mini muffin pan from 1st mixture, about 1-inch dough to each cookie.
Put 1 tablespoon of brown sugar mixture per cookie.
Top each with crushed pecans.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 325Β°.
Makes 48 cookies.
