Pecan Cookie
Pecan Cookie is an easy dinner. Made with 6 egg yolks, 1 lb. chopped pecans, 6 tsp. sugar and 1/4 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Put wax paper on bottom of cookie sheet.
Beat egg yolks (yellow part of egg) with sugar and vanilla until white, then add chopped pecans in mix.
With a teaspoon, place mix on cookie sheet that is covered with wax paper (3-inch standard size cookie).
Set oven to 300Β°.
Bake for 20 minutes.
(Cookies should look white.)
